The Oneida County Sheriff's office has arrested a Cleveland woman for driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest.
Deputies found 25 year-old Genna Mitchell's car on the side of the road around 12:44 a.m. on Wednesday. Mitchell was taken to St. Elizabeth's Hospital for evaluation, where it was determined she was driving while intoxicated. Deputies issued her tickets and she was released.
Deputies say Mitchell then became disorderly inside the emergency room. While a deputy was attempting to calm her, she pushed the deputy. At that point, Mitchell was arrested and continued to resist arrest.
Mitchell is charged with DWI, harassment, and resisting arrest. She was transported to the Utica Police Department for arraignment.
