      Oswego Co. man arrested for threatening to shoot people in Palermo Town Hall

      A 77-year-old Central Square man is facing a charge after sheriff??s deputies say he threatened to shoot people at the Palermo Town Hall.

      Deputies arrested Jacob C. Heer, of 36 Goutermout Drive, for making a terroristic threat. Heer is accused of threatening to bring a shotgun to the Palermo Town Hall and shoot people because of a grievance.

      Heer was arraigned and sent to the Oswego County Jail on $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond.
