Oswego County pair accused of making meth in a Hannibal home
Tue, 14 May 2013 14:26:06 GMT — A man and woman from Oswego County were arrested at the Oswego County Jail following an investigation into a separate incident.30-year-old Chad E. Grinnell, of Hannibal, and 32-year-old BillieJo E. Lewis, of Mexico, are accused of manufacturing meth at Grinnellâ??s residence on Country Lane in the Town of Hannibal.They were both arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, a felony.Grinnell and Lewis were arraigned at the Town of Hannibal Court. Grinnell was remanded back to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. Lewis is being held without bail.Grinnell and Lewis are both scheduled to appear back in court on June 11.
