Oswego man arrested after calling victim over 100 times and breaking into her garage
An Oswego man is accused of breaking into a victim's garage in the Town of Minetto, after calling her more than 100 times and leaving threatening voicemails.
Stephen Hart is charged with burglary, criminal mischief, and aggravated harassment stemming from the break-in.
Oswego County Sheriffâ??s deputies say he broke into his ex-wife's garage and damaged things inside.
When they searched his vehicle, investigators also found an open can of beer, and two metal smoking pipes with burned marijuana. For this, Hart faces charges of drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle while on the highway, and unlawful possession of marijuana. Investigators say he refused to take a breathalyzer test.
Hart was arraigned in the Town of Oswego Court, and sent to the county jail on $10,000 bail.
He is due back in Minetto Town Court next month.
