Oswego man in over his head after arrest for dunking kids in pool
Mon, 08 Jul 2013 16:22:41 GMT — An Oswego man was arrested Saturday after allegedly refusing to stop dunking kids in the pool at Scriba Town Park.Deputies say Eugene E. Bessette, 20, was allegedly told by Lifeguards to leave the park after he refused to stop dunking children underwater in the pool. Bessette reportedly used obscene language toward the park staff in the presence of several people at the park and continued to use that language as deputies forced him to leave, deputies say.He reportedly resisted during the arrest process, initially refusing to allow handcuffs to be placed on his wrists. Bessette was charged with disorderly conduct, trespass, and resisting arrest. He was released on appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Scriba Court on July 25.
