Oswego men charged with stealing copper tubing, video surveillance system

Three Oswego men are accused of stealing copper tubing and a video surveillance system.
Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say it happened on Lehigh Road in the Town of Richland. Frank Ruggio, 22, of 3232 CR 57, David Cory, 38, of 70 W. Albany St., and John Goepfert, 31, of 105 E. Utica St. are charged with grand larceny, burglary, criminal mischief and conspiracy.
Deputies say they men broke into a field office and two storage trailers and stealing a video surveillance system and a large amount of copper tubing in May of 2010.
The men were arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Ruggio was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail. Cory was held without bail. Goepfert was held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. They are all scheduled to appear in the Town of Richland Court on April 4th.
