Oswego woman arrested in Niagara for felony DWI

State Police arrested an Oswego woman for DWI following a reckless vehicle call.

Troopers say 34-year-old Samantha Wyman had alcohol on her breath after they found her car in a store parking lot on Ward Road in the Town of Wheatfield.

Wyman registered a .15% BAC on a breathalyzer after she failed field sobriety tests.

Investigators found that Wyman had a previous DWI conviction within ten years and is currently on probation in Oswego County for a DWI conviction.

Wyman was charged with DWI, felony aggravated unlicensed operation and operating without an interlock device, along with other traffic violations.

She is being held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
