Palermo woman arrested for kicking in neighbor's door to complain about dogs

An Oswego County woman was arrested last weekend after police say she kicked open a door to a neighborâ??s house to complain about their pets.

The Oswego County Sheriffâ??s Office tells CNY Central that on Saturday night deputies arrested 37-year-old Danielle M. Krause of Dutchess Lane in Palermo on a charge of criminal trespass. Police say she kicked open her neighborâ??s door and yelled about their dogs. Police say Krause â??reportedly appeared to be under the influence of alcoholâ?? at the time.

Krause was ticketed and is scheduled to appear in Palermo Town Court on April 21.
