Pennellville man killed in crash, found partially submerged in creek

A Pennellville man was killed in crash that left his car partially submerged in a creek.

It happened around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday on County Route 23 in the Town of Constantia.

41-year-old Ronald Morgan was driving a 2000 Ford F-150 when he lost control, flipping over. The truck landed in Scriba Creek and was partially submerged when the Constantia Fire Chief arrived on the scene.

Morgan was partially ejected from the vehicle which was submerged under water. He was taken to Upstate University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The investigation continues.
