Pittsford dentist accused of falsifying his paycheck

A Pittsford dentist is accused of falsifying his paycheck.

52-year-old Dr. Ihab Soliman, of Coach Side Lane, is charged with falsifying business records. The charges stem from a complaint made by his employer at Naples Valley Dental on Main Street in Naples.

State Police say Dr. Soliman repeatedly entered into the computer system of the dental practice and made changes to the billing system so that he would be compensated more in his weekly paycheck. Once he was paid for the fictitious entry, police say he then re-entered the system and changed the billing system back in an attempt to cover his crimes.

The investigation is ongoing and further charges are pending.

Soliman was arraigned in the Town of Victor Court and sent to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail or $15,000 bond.
