Syracuse Police are investigating a shooting that happened at 1:40 am February 23 on the 300 block of Hudson Street. Police say 22-year-old Quashawn Blunt was standing near the corner of Hudson and Sterling Avenue when he heard multiple gunshots. Blunt told police he felt pain in his thigh and realized he was shot.
Blunt could not identify the shooter. He was treated at Upstate Hospital for the non-life threatening gunshot wound.
Syracuse Police are still investigating the shooting and are asking anyone with information to call them at (315) 442-5222.
