Police make arrest in Jefferson Co. Kinney Drug robbery

State police in make an arrest in a robbery at the Kinney Drugs just outside Watertown.

The suspect was caught on surveillance tape around 10 a.m. on February 20th at the Seaway Plaza location.

Police say Albert Languet III, 37, of Casey Avenue in Calcium, walked into the store and handed employees a note demanding specific controlled substances. The pharmacist was fearful he may have been armed, but no weapon was ever seen.

Police say Languet admitted to robbing the Seaway Plaza store in February and in November 2010 as well.

Languet was arraigned in the Town of Watertown Court on robbery charges and sent to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building in lieu of $25,000 bail. Further charges are pending.

State police in Watertown need your help identifying the suspect or suspects involved in the robbery at Kinney Drugs in Jefferson County. It happened around 10 a.m. February 20th at the location in Seaway Plaza just outside Watertown.

Police say a man walked into the store and went directly to the pharmacy pick up window where he gave the pharmacy technician a note, saying he had a weapon and demanding prescription drugs. The pharmacist gave him the medication and the man took off. No weapon was ever seen.

Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies were called to the same store on November 13th for a similar crime.

He is described as a white man, about 5'8" to 5'10" and weighing about 170-180 lbs., unshaven, wearing a charcoal grey hooded sweatshirt with the writing "Death Killers" on the back, and a "MIA-POW" insignia on the left front breast, with beige pants at the time.

The suspect's vehicle is described as a 2000's single cab, full size, Dodge Pick Up.

There is a reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect or suspects in this case.
