      Police raid at Utica nightclub leads to 5 arrests

      A police raid at a Utica nightclub leads to the arrest of five people. It happened at 252 Genesee Street Sunday.

      Police say they found a handgun and a long barrel gun inside the club.

      20-year-old Nelson Irizzary, of Miller Street, is charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

      40-year-old Hylton Chambers, of Sunset Avenue, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a Cabaret/Nightclub without a license and allowing alcohol consumption on premise without a license. He was also arrested on an immigration warrant.

      38-year-old Simeon Bell, of Steuben Street, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

      36-year-old Clifton Tracey, of Steuben Street, is charged with operating a Cabaret/Nightclub without a license and allowing alcohol consumption on premise without a license.

      42-year-old Michael Goddard, of Whitesboro Street, was arrested on a parole warrant.
