Powerful floodwaters flowing in Dryden
DRYDEN, TOMPKINS COUNTY, N.Y.---Floodwaters rushed through the Village of Dryden Friday night, tearing up parking lots and turning driveways into scattered pools of water.
One man watched the whole thing happen from his store, which didn't suffer any damage.
"Kind of impressive real muddy water, about two-foot deep, went out you know 50 to 100 feet. onto those lawns and parking lots," said Andy Seyfried.
Fire crews and other emergency crews were out surveying just how much damage there is.
