Two men have been indicted by a Chenango County grand jury for the death of a 11-year-old Jacelyn O'Connor in late July.

Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding was indicted on an eight-count indictment that included a first-degree murder charge and two different statutes of second-degree murder and a rape charge, among others.
