Rome pair charged with arson for allegedly setting Phillys Bar on fire

Two Rome residents are accused of setting Phillys Bar on fire on Saturday.

Officials say an investigation revealed that an unknown liquid was dumped onto a side of the building and then ignited. The outside of the building on West Dominick Street was damaged by the fire.

Antoin â??Twanâ?? K. Mcleod, 28, and Christina M. Rosado, 21 were arrested and charged with felony arson. They are both from Rome.

Mcleod and Rosado are being held pending arraignment in Rome City Court.
