Rome woman faces DWI charges after deadly crash

One woman is dead, another airlifted to a hospital after a 3-vehicle crash. Troopers are charging a Rome woman with DWI and manslaughter

A woman from Rome is facing DWI and Vehicular Manslaughter charges, after a horrific 3-vehicle crash in the Penn Yan area.

State Police say Sabrina Livermore, 26, from Rome was driving on the Randall Crossing Road in Milo, missed a curve, hit railroad tracks and then went onto State Route 14, where she hit two other vehicles.

The passenger in one, 55 year old Roxan Meier, from Dundee, was dead at the scene. A passenger in Livermore's car, 21 year old Diana Juliano, from Rome, was airlifted to Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA for treatment.

The State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is still investigating, and asking that anyone who witnessed the crash give them a call at (607) 739-0281
