A Schenectady man is facing charges after being arrested for selling heroin in Otsego County.
Investigators arrested 28-year-old Tyron Edward Morris on Monday in Schenectady County when he showed up to his probation appointment.
Morris, who is on probation for criminal sale of a controlled substance, was arrested on an indictment warrant of arrest out of Otsego County, where investigators say he sold heroin to someone in Oneonta.
Morris was arraigned and taken to the Otsego County Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail.
If convicted, Morris could serve up to 12 years in prison on the sale charge, with added time for violating probation.
