Scriba man found with crack cocaine, heroin and more

A Scriba man is facing charges in a big drug bust.

55-year-old Emmanuel Frederick, of 956 Middle Road, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

Oswego Police, Oswego County Sheriff's deputies, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and U.S. Border Patrol executed a search warrant at his home. It stems from an investigation into the sale of crack cocaine.

Investigators seized 21 individual bags of crack cocaine that weighed about 24 grams, 5 bags of heroin and a small amount of marijuana and cash.

Frederick is currently being held at the Oswego City Police Department pending his arraignment in Scriba Town Court.
