The alleged victim claims the abuse happened at Rolonâ??s home. A second inmate also recognized Rolon and says Rolon paid him cash so Rolon could commit a criminal sexual act on him.
Investigators say Rolon did not meet the alleged victims while working at the Justice Center as a teacher. Rolon was arraigned and is jailed on $50,000 cash or bond.
The Syracuse University "Gear Up" program website indicates Rolon graduated from University Gardens High School in Puerto Rico. He attended University of Puerto Rico and also Syracuse University where he received his MA in Spanish. Jesus has a Bilingual Certification and has worked as a teacher for nine years.
