A Seneca Falls woman faces two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after her children were found wandering outside while she was asleep.
Around 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday, a four and five year-old were found running up and down the sidewalk on Troy Street in just pajamas by a passerby.
Police say 26 year-old Andrea Cook said she was sleeping and did not know the children were outside.
Cook was released on appearance tickets and is set to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 12.
