Services set for Jenna Hinman, who died of rare pregnancy cancer

Services have been set for a local wife and mother of twin babies who passed away after battling a rare form of cancer.

Calling hours for 26-year-old Jenna Hinman are scheduled for Friday, May 9 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Pettigrass Funeral Home, 196 Genesee Street in Auburn. The funeral home says calling hours will be open for the public to pay its respects to Mrs. Hinman.

Private funeral services will be held on Saturday.

Jenna Hinman died on Monday after a battle with choriocarcinoma, a rare pregnancy-related cancer. On March 3rd she delivered twin girls, Azlynn and Kinleigh, prematurely via C-section after only 30 weeks. The girls weighed three pounds each at birth, and were in intensive care for more than a month.

Hinmanâ??s husband Brandon is a U.S. Army sergeant stationed at Fort Drum.
