But you don't have to run to the gym to get your body back in shape. Much of your workout can be done right from the comfort of your own home, and you can incorporate your baby into the routine.
Nikki Glor stopped by Today in Central New York this morning on NBC 3 to show moms some easy ways to get back in shape. She's a former Syracuse University cheerleader who makes exercise part of her daily routine. After giving birth to her son, she was committed to dropping the pregnancy weight. She also wanted to spend time with her baby boy, so she came up with an entire exercise routine they could do together.
On her "Baby Bootie Camp DVD", Nikki shows you how to do lunges and squats with your baby as well as baby biceps curls, patty-cake crunches and more.
