A Sylvan Beach couple is accused of running a meth lab in Oneida County.
State police arrested Wallace "Jamie" Edick, 41, of 2501 Vienna Rd. and Kimberly Tudor, 21.
Police say the arrests stem from a meth lab that was taken down on August 26, 2010. Police say Edick was in the garage when state police showed up and found meth manufacturing ingredients.
Police say Edick had about two grams of methamphetamine and more than $5,000 in cash on him when he was arrested.
Members of the State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team (CCSERT) later entered the home and garage with full protective gear to search for drugs.
Edick is charged with unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, criminal sale of a controlled substance, criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing material and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned and sent to the Oneida County jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail. Police say new charges will be filed pending further investigation.
Tudor is charged with unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine. She was sent to the Oneida County jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
