State Police searched the office and Manlius home of local attorney Martin Rothschild on Tuesday morning.
Officials executed a search warrant at the Martin J. Rothschild Law Office at 5781 Bridge Street, Suite 33 in East Syracuse.
Rothschild's home at 7481 Armstrong Road in Manlius was also searched.
According to the Onondaga County District Attorney Bill Fitzpatrick, the raid deals with child pornography. Fitzpatrick says two computers were removed and forensic work should be done later this week.
No arrests have been made, and there are no charges right now. Fitzpatrick says there aren't any allegations that a child was abused in person.
Investigators have not told us the reason the search warrant was executed.
The agencies involved in the investigation include New York State Police Special Investigations Unit, State Police Computer Crimes Unit, U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Marshal's Office.
Rothschild has concentrated his practice exclusively in personal injury law. Watch one of his local commercials.
The investigation is ongoing.
