Storm knocks out power for thousands across Central New York

The severe storms that swept through Central New York Tuesday evening knocked out power to thousands of people.

As of 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening, National Grid was reporting 17,710 customers in Onondaga County were without power. In Oswego County, power was knocked out to 7,140 customers.
