SUNY Cortland flips the switch on over 3,000 new solar panels

This morning, SUNY Cortland flipped the switch on 3,600 new solar panels to usher in a new era of energy sustainability on campus.
The $3 million project is the first of its kind in the SUNY system.
The solar arrays will go on two buildings, the Student Life Center and the Physical Plant.
They will produce six percent of SUNY Cortlandâ??s energy in the future.
