Suspects wore Halloween masks in Fleming convenience store burglary

Cayuga County Sheriff's deputies are searching for three men who broke into a convenience store wearing white plastic Halloween masks.

It happened around 2 a.m. Monday at the Pit Stop Convenience Store on State Route 34 in the Town of Fleming.

Deputies say three men forced their way into the building by breaking a window. Once inside, they tried to forcibly open an ATM. When they weren't able to get into the ATM, deputies say they went into the office where they stole cash and several cartons of cigarettes. All three men we were wearing identical white plastic Halloween type masks.
