Syracuse is back as the No.1 draw in college basketball.
NCAA figures released recently show that Syracuse averaged 26,253 fans for its 18 home games at the Carrier Dome in 2013-14, the team's first as a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference.
That figure easily beat Kentucky's average of 22,964 fans for its home games last season. The Wildcats led the nation 17 of the past 18 seasons.
Louisville was the only other school to average more than 20,000 a game, with the Cardinals averaging 21,282.
This marks the 13th time Syracuse has won the NCAA's attendance crown. The Orange won 11 straight from 1985-95, but hadn't been No. 1 since the 2004-05 season.
In its final season in the Big East, Syracuse averaged 22,439 fans.
