Syracuse newlyweds, Tracy and Marc Currier, will never have to worry about forgetting their anniversary.
After four years together, they tied the knot on 12-12-12 at 12:12pm inside the M. Lemp jewelry store in Downtown Syracuse.
"I wanted the uniqueness of the day because of the uniqueness of our relationship. We've both been previously married. But we found each other," says the bride.
They originally planned the wedding for 11-11-11, but when plans fell through, they were thrilled about the idea of a once in a lifetime date to honor a once in a lifetime kind of love.
"Simply, she is the most wonderful woman in the world," says the groom.
In its 122 year history, M. Lemp Jewelers has never had a wedding in its store. But considering they are in the romance business, owner Don Lemp thought why not.
"Many couples have started their lives together here at M. Lemp jewelers. And to see it take place in the store today is very gratifying and a lot of fun too," says Lemp.
On this special date, the Curriers made the ultimate commitment. And the bride shined brighter than any jewel in the store.
