A Syracuse family doctor has been indicted on charges of sexual abuse.

Dr. Harvey Black, of Fayetteville, was indicted Thursday by an Onondaga County Grand Jury on three counts of sexual abuse for allegedly having inappropriate sexual contact with an 18-year-old woman in June.

The 59-year-old doctor practices in Cicero, though police say the victim was not one of his patients.
