Syracuse man arrested after police catch him with loaded handgun on Oak Street

A Syracuse man is arrested after police found him with a loaded handgun Wednesday night.

A complaint came in at about 10:35 pm, saying a man with a handgun was on the 100 block of Oak Street.

Responding officers quickly located 18-year-old Jesse Reynolds, of 107 Wilkie Place, who matched the description given by the caller.

Police say Reynolds had a loaded .38 caliber handgun, and was subsequently arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
