Syracuse man arrested after shots fired

Syracuse Police arrest a Syracuse man Tuesday afternoon after a shots fired complaint on the 300 block of Lodi Street.

Police arrived on scene and were told by 911 that two men were seen fleeing the area where the shots happened.

Police got a description of the two men and began their search. They found the two men on the 300 block of Oak Street. One is identified as 22-year-old Miguel Garcia-Poll. The investigation found that he was in possession of a loaded .357 caliber handgun.

Garcia-Poll was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree. He was sent to jail and is scheduled to be arranged Thursday in Syracuse City Criminal Court. No one was hurt in the incident.
