Syracuse man arrested for selling stolen goods from his employer

A Syracuse man was arrested after a five month long investigation which found he sold stolen items from his employer on Ebay. 31-year-old Nicholas Case is charged with criminal possession of stolen property after selling items from stolen from Onondaga Beverage, where he is employed.
The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office says the arrest stems from another investigation and arrest. 39-year-old Erick Alley was charged with stealing $33,000 worth of goods from Onondaga Beverage in Liverpool, where he also worked, back in January.
The investigation found Alley sold the items to Case. He was arraigned and is now being held at the Justice Center.
