      Syracuse man pleads guilty to having oral sex with teenage resident of Toomey home


      A Syracuse man has pleaded guilty to having oral sex with a teenage girl while he was employed as a special needs counselor at Toomey Residential and Community services in Cicero, according to the Onondaga County District Attorneyâ??s Office.


      22-year-old Markeem Chaplin also smoked marijuana with the teenage resident, according to the D.A.â??s office.


      Chaplin pleaded guilty to felony sexual act.
