Syracuse man sentenced to 10 years for role in Van Rensselaer Street shooting
Fri, 03 May 2013 19:36:37 GMT — A Syracuse man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for his role in a shooting that injured two people in April of 2012.Daquan Hall, 21, was sentenced in Onondaga County Court on Friday morning to two concurrent 10 year sentences.Hall pleaded guilty in March 2013 to first degree assault.Hall was accused of shooting two people at 125 VanRensselaer Street last year. The two victims suffered non life threatening injuries.Police said at the time of the shooting that there was a second suspect who was unidentified. Syracuse.com reports that the second suspect is still unknown and at large.
