Syracuse mom accused of beating 5-month-old to death arraigned

A 20-year-old Syracuse woman accused of beating her five-month-old child to death was in court Thursday.

Wanda Trumble was arraigned on reckless assault of a child and endangering the welfare of a child charges.

Last November, Police were called to a home at 477 James Street, where officers found five-month-old Nataliah Trumble with serious head injuries. She later died in the hospital.
