Syracuse native comes up short at Grammy Awards

He was born in Oswego, but says Syracuse is home. Tonight singer Joey Belladonna came up short at the Grammy awards. This was his fifth nomination, but his group Anthrax lost for best metal performance of the year. The Grammy for Best Metal Performance went to Black Sabbath during awards handed out prior to the telecast Sunday evening.

Belladonna sings more than heavy metal: last spring he performed the National Anthem at a Chicago Bulls game (to cheers). And here in the Syracuse area, he's performed with his grou Chief Big Way.
