Syracuse Police asking for help in finding missing 71-year-old man

Syracuse Police are asking for help in finding a 71-year-old man who has been missing since November 9 at 6 pm. Police say 71-year-old Howard Max Bragman, is a white man, 5â?? 6â?? tall, 150 pounds with shoulder length, thinning grey hair that is bald on the top and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark or grey knit hat, dark colored jacket, grey sweatpants and boots. He is missing from 2705 East Genesee Street. He was last seen walking in the center of the 3400 block of Erie Boulevard East near Barnes and Noble. Bragman has not been in contact with family, according to police, and has no known medical issues.
Bragman was involved in a rear-end car crash on November 7, was evaluated on the scene and found to be alert and refused medical treatment. On November 8, Bragman was at the Shoppingtown Mall lower entrance bus stop and a concerned citizen reported that Bragman appeared off-balance. He was again evaluated and refused treatment. On November 9, Bragman was on the SU campus near Hendricks Chapel and appeared disoriented, but again, he was evaluated and refused medical treatment, according to police.
Investigators say Bragman was offered a ride by a family acquaintance while he was walking in the median of Erie Boulevard, but he refused.
Police are not concerned about any criminal or suspicious activity around Bragmanâ??s disappearance.
