Syracuse Police investigate after man arrives at hospital with stab wound

The Syracuse Police say that they went to Upstate Hospital just before 7:30 on Thursday evening after being told that a 37-year-old man arrived at the emergency room with a stab wound.
Officers determined that the stabbing happened on South Salina Street, near Anderson Avenue at about 7:15 PM on Thursday evening.
The injuries sustained by the victim-whose name is not being released at this time-do not appear to be life threatening.
The incident is being investigated by the Syracuse Police Department Criminal Investigation Division. Anyone with information is being asked to call the Syracuse Police at (315) 442-5222.
