Syracuse police investigate shooting on the east side
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse police responded to Crouse Hospital in regards to a shooting complaint at 9:38 P.M. Monday night.
Upon arrival, officers met a 19-year old female suffering from a head injury.
The injury appears to be a minor graze wound from a bullet.
It does not appear to be life threatening.
The victim told police she was in the 100 block of Croly Street around 9:15 P.M. when the shooting happened.
She stated that she heard the sound of a gunshot, but did not see who shot her.
