The Onondaga County District Attorneyâ??s Office tells CNY Central that 46-year-old Sgt. Kevin Blair of Fulton was found not guilty of assault in Clay Town Court last week. Blair had been accused of punching his now ex-girlfriend in the face in June 2012. Syracuse.com reports the woman is Crystal DiGregorio, a former adult movie actress and owner of a defunct Oswego bar named "Club Crystal". Blair still faces two criminal contempt charges for allegedly violating an order of protection against DiGregorio. As of last November, Blair "is and has been suspended from the Syracuse Police Department without pay pending termination," according to Syracuse Police. A message to Syracuse Police looking for an update on his employment status was not immediately returned.
