Teen facing homicide charges following investigation into deadly crash in Otsego County

A Schoharie County teen was arrested on several charges linked to a deadly crash in South Worcester, Otsego County, on May 16.
18-year-old Paul Joseph Clark, Jr, of Baptist Church Road in Charlotteville, was driving a car while impaired by drugs when he crashed into a parked Fed Ex truck on County Route 40. One of Clark Jrâ??s passengers, Devon McMahon, was killed in the crash, and another passenger, Maureen Clark, was seriously hurt, according to Otsego County Sheriffâ??s Deputies.
Clark Jr was arrested and charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter, vehicular assault, criminally negligent homicide, DWAI drugs, reckless driving, speeding and improper passing when he turned himself at the Sheriffâ??s Office.
Clark Jr was arraigned and posted $10,000 bond. If convicted, he could face up to 25 years in prison.
