Three Baldwinsville-area teens were in court Monday morning to be arraigned on charges they killed a Granby man earlier this year.
16-year-old Glenwood Carr, Jr. of Lysander, 19-year-old Zachary Scott of Van Buren, and 17-year-old Michael Celi of Van Buren appeared in Oswego County Court on charges of second degree murder, first degree robbery and first degree burglary for their roles in the February 3 death of Anthony Miller.
Police say the teens went to Millerâ??s trailer at the Indian Hills Mobile Home Park on Route 48 with the intent to steal from him. When they discovered Miller was home, they allegedly got into a fight with him that resulted in his death. The teens then allegedly stole drug-related items and left Miller dead in his home.
Carr, Scott and Celi each pleaded not guilty in front of Judge Donald Todd. They were each given $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond and sent to the Oswego County jail. They are scheduled to return to court on June 9 for a hearing.
