Tentative contract agreement for Anheuser-Busch Teamsters

Hundreds of Teamsters at the Lysander Anheuser-Busch brewery may have a new contract in place

After months of bargaining, there's a tentative contract agreement between Anheuser-Busch and its Teamsters workers. The contract would run five years, and will go to the union for ratification after some final points of contract language are worked out.

The current work contract was extended until the end of March, as negotiations continued.

The contract will cover all 12 of Anheuser-Busch's U.S. breweries, including the one in Lysander, which employs about 800 workers.

There's no word yet on a date for the contract vote.
