Appearing on Today in Central New York on NBC 3 this morning, Sherry Johnston says she has completely transformed her life. She says healthy living was never a part of her daily routine until she learned how to balance eating well and exercising. She's managed to keep off much of the weight she lost on the show. Johnston also credits better sleep habits with helping her shed the extra pounds.
She will speak at an event at Onondaga Community College at 5:30 p.m. tonight. The event is free and open to the public.
