The Oswego County Sheriff's Office continues to investigate the deaths of three people in the Town of Parish.

Deputies were sent to check on an unattended death report at a residence shortly before 11:00 Saturday night. Deputies say when they entered the home on County Route 11 they found three bodies, all with injuries.

Neighbors who spoke with CNY Central said they are shocked something like this happened in Parish and say all the commotion woke them up Saturday night. One neighbor said he could hear screams coming from next door before law enforcement showed up.

"It's very shocking to hear this stuff happening out here," said Keith Shirley, who lives next door to where the bodies were found.

"It's a sad shame that something happened like this, and hopefully nothing again will happen like this."

The Sheriff's Office says the bodies have been taken to the Onondaga County Medical Examiner's Office for identification and cause of death. Examiners are investigating if the injuries found on the bodies are the causes of death.
