Three brothers charged following numerous ATV larcenies, burglary complaints in Oneida Co.

Three brothers are facing charges of numerous ATV larcenies and burglary complaints in Oneida County, according to State Police.

Timothy M. Fancher Sr., 35, Alvin A. Fancher III, 39, and Ernest H. Fancher, 37, were charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree in the Town of Floyd, a class D felony.

State Police and the New Hartford Police Department have been receiving recent complaints of ATV larcenies and burglary complaints throughout Oneida County. Authorities were able to recover five of the stolen four-wheelers, which have been returned to the original owners.

Alvin Fancher III was also charged with burglary in the third degree, a class D felony, which happened on Oct. 13 in the Town of Western. Alvin was also wanted by the Oneida County Sheriff's Office for an active arrest warrant through Oneida County Family court for failure to pay child support.

Timothy Fancher Sr. was also charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, a class E felony, which happened in the Town of New Hartford.

All three brothers were arraigned at the Centralized Arraignment in the Oneida County Correctional Facility. Timothy and Alvin Fancher were committed to Oneida County Jail on no bail. Ernest Fancher was committed to the Oneida County Jail on $5,000 cash or bond.
