Three men arrested in Town of Mexico home invasion

Oswego County Sheriffâ??s Deputies arrested three men for a home invasion that happened in the Town of Mexico on Sunday at around 1am.

Deputies say 26-year-old Ramon Lozano, 19-year-old Jacob Stanton, both of Syracuse, and 26-year-old Cy Gibson of Nedrow broke into a home in Mexico wearing ski masks and gloves.

While one of the men reportedly attacked a male victim, wrestling with him on the porch of the home, the other two went into the house.

They allegedly stole a small amount of loose change on their way out.

The Phoenix Police pulled a car over matching the description provided by the victim and, after an investigation, arrested the three men.

They were charged with burglary, robbery and petit larceny. Stanton was charged with criminal impersonation as well.

The trio was arraigned before Town of Palermo Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility, Mr. Lozano and Mr. Gibson in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond, and Mr. Stanton in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond.

The three will appear in the Town of Mexico court on December 6.
