Three teens accused of using AR-15 rifle in drug deal hold up

Three local teenagers are accused of robbing four other teens at gunpoint during a drug deal involving marijuana.
17-year-old Dylan Acord, 17-year-old Thomas Colon and a 16-year-old are charged with robbery and criminal use of a firearm.
Onondaga County Sheriff's deputies say it happened at an apartment complex on the 7600 block of Morgan Road.
Deputies say the victims agreed to meet the suspect in the parking lot and were sitting in their car when the suspect pulled in behind them. Once the victim's car was blocked, the suspects got out of their car with an AR-15 rifle and demanded the marijuana.
The suspects took off on foot after getting their vehicle stuck in the mud and were located shortly after police arrived on the scene. Deputies recovered the AR-15 .22 caliber rifle.
Acord, Colon and the 16-year-old were sent to the Onondaga County Justice Center after being arraigned in the Town of Clay Court. Bail for Acord and Colon was set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond and are scheduled to return to court on January 18th. Bail for the 16-year-old was set at $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond and is also scheduled to return to court on January 18th.
